Chandigarh Design School and SXILL are proud to represent India once again on an international platform, as Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder of SXILL and Chandigarh Design School, took the stage as a speaker at PromDiz 2025, an International Conference on Industrial Design held in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, from 12–14 November 2025.
The conference, organized by Promdiz.Space, took place at the Creative Cluster on Red Army Street and brought together leaders from industrial design studios, manufacturing sectors, academic institutions, and government bodies to discuss the evolving role of industrial design in global economic development.
Vineet Raj Kapoor delivered a compelling presentation on “The Indian Industrial Design Growth Story”, highlighting how industrial design has transitioned into a mainstream discipline driving India’s economic progress—particularly in sectors such as automotive manufacturing, where India stands as the world’s largest producer of tractors and motorcycles, along with growth in other industrial domains.
On 13 November 2025, he served as the International Keynote Speaker, delivering the opening address for the conference. His keynote explored:
- The influence of industrial design on India’s industrial and manufacturing growth
- The integration of design with engineering and production ecosystems
- The importance of training and nurturing industry-ready design specialists
The keynote was supported by simultaneous interpretation, enabling seamless cross-cultural exchange with international participants.
PromDiz 2025 has emerged as a significant professional platform, now in its third consecutive year, fostering dialogue between academic theory and industry practice, local initiatives and global trends, and education and market realities.
Vineet Raj Kapoor also participated in panel discussions alongside international design leaders, sharing India’s perspective on design-led growth and workforce development.
Adding to SXILL’s growing global recognition, Neelu Kapoor, Founder of SXILL and IndiaSkills Graphic Design Technology Jury member, acknowledged Business Awards (UK) for honoring SXILL with the “Best Animation and Post Production Studio 2024 – India” award. This recognition reflects SXILL’s global brand acceptance and reinforces its mission to offer high-quality, value-driven education for students across Asia, Europe, and America, while easing the financial burden often associated with creative education.
This international engagement further strengthens Chandigarh Design School and SXILL’s position as global contributors to design education, industrial innovation, and creative leadership.
